This is a short post to say that I am back home. Today's surgery—a prophylactic bilateral mastectomy with immediate reconstruction—went well.

I'm tired and sore, but happy to have this operation behind me. Now it's time to sleep, as uncomfortable as that may be. I'll have more to share tomorrow.
