[2024-02-26] 1,300 posts
Today is my 1,300th post.
As my daughter and I discussed this milestone last night, we talked about the value and values of Jenesis—things like connection, gratitude, positivity, self-care and learning.
This evening, a friend mentioned that someone he knows was recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer and that she now follows Jenesis. I hope she finds value in my posts—above all, I hope she finds hope.
After my 600th post, a friend had said: "I can’t believe that 600 days has flown by so quickly."
And now 1,300 days have flown by. In fact, it's been 1,308 days since I heard the words, "You have ovarian cancer."
I've learned so much since then, about the disease, about how to support others going through a difficult period, about steps we can take to protect our health and reduce our risks. It has been my pleasure to share my experience and learnings with all of you.
Thank you for reading.
